Advertised pricing applies to standard homes with reasonable access and surfaces in suitable condition.
Final pricing is determined after an assessment of the property and the required scope of work.
Prices exclude GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Advertised prices are starting prices and may vary depending on the size, condition and requirements of the property.
3. Additional Costs & Variations
Additional charges may apply for:
Larger homes or double-storey properties
Extensive surface preparation, including peeling paint, mould treatment or repairs
Specialty colours, coatings or additional coats
Difficult-to-access areas requiring special equipment
Major repairs or structural issues
Additional work requested by the client that was not included in the original quote
Any additional work or variations will be discussed with the client before proceeding where reasonably practicable.
4. Scheduling & Completion Timeframes
Any advertised completion timeframes, including approx. 4-day turnaround for whole-house painting or approx. 3-day turnaround for roof painting, are estimates only and may vary depending on the property and project requirements.
Estimated timeframes are based on standard conditions, reasonable access, suitable weather and minimal additional preparation.
Fresh Painting Adelaide is not responsible for delays caused by:
Weather conditions, including rain, extreme heat or high humidity
Natural disasters or other events beyond reasonable control
Client-requested changes or additional work
Restricted or delayed site access
Unexpected surface or property conditions
Illness, injury or staff availability
Material shortages or supplier delays
Safety, regulatory or compliance requirements
Other unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control
All start dates, scheduling windows and completion timeframes are approximate estimates only and are not guaranteed completion dates.
Fresh Painting Adelaide will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the estimated timeframe, but project duration may vary depending on the circumstances of each property and job.
5. $0 Deposit Offer
Where the $0 deposit offer applies, no upfront deposit is required for eligible standard projects.
Full payment is due upon completion of the agreed works, subject to the terms of the accepted quotation.
The $0 deposit offer may be subject to eligibility, project scope and availability.
6. Payment & Cancellations
Payment terms will be outlined in the quotation provided to the client.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation or rescheduling fee.
Projects affected by weather or unforeseen circumstances will be rescheduled to the earliest reasonably available date.
7. Workmanship & Warranty
Fresh Painting Adelaide aims to provide quality workmanship and professional finishes on every project.
Any applicable workmanship warranty will be outlined in the client's quotation or agreement.
Paint warranties, where applicable, are provided by the relevant paint manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
Fresh Painting Adelaide is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage or structural issues affecting the finished result
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, accidents or circumstances occurring after completion
Issues resulting from conditions outside the reasonable control of Fresh Painting Adelaide
8. Exclusions
Unless specifically included in the quotation, promotional offers do not include:
Extensive repairs or restoration work
Major sanding or surface preparation
Wallpaper removal
Structural repairs
Painting of fences, sheds or other external structures
Specialist or non-standard surfaces
Additional areas or surfaces not included in the original scope of work
9. Property Access & Preparation
The client is responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to the property and areas being painted.
Where reasonably practicable, furniture and personal belongings should be moved or protected before work begins.
Fresh Painting Adelaide may request that certain areas be cleared or prepared before painting commences.
Delays resulting from unavailable or restricted access may affect the project timeframe.
10. Colour & Finish Selection
The client is responsible for confirming final colour selections before painting begins.
Colour appearance may vary depending on lighting, surface condition and the surrounding environment.
Changes to colours after painting has commenced may result in additional costs and may affect the project timeframe.
11. Promotional Restrictions
Promotional offers are subject to availability and may apply only to eligible properties or projects.
Offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.
Fresh Painting Adelaide reserves the right to determine eligibility for promotional offers.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By accepting a quotation or proceeding with the project, the client acknowledges that they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, together with the specific terms outlined in their quotation.
